Changelog

Everything we add and improve on the platform — newest first.

4 November 2026

NewWe're moving to an international domain: snowdispatch.online. The move is in progress; until it's done everything keeps working on snowmeldkamer.nl. After that, old links take you to the new address automatically, including your community's. Integrations with Roblox, Discord and payments keep working without you having to do anything; you will need to sign in once more after the move.
NewSign in and register with Discord. Sign in this way and you're linked to the Discord bot in your communities straight away, no link code needed. Already a member? Link with one click on the dashboard.
NewPlay together in the simulation: create a shared shift and share the code. Up to three friends join in your region; everyone can take incidents and send units, and everyone gets the credits and XP. Anyone who joins later catches up automatically.
NewSpecial shifts in the simulation: Rush hour, Severe storm, King's Day, Heatwave and Major incident, each with their own incidents such as a pile-up, a tree on a house or a wildfire.
NewEndless shift: play as long as you like (up to four hours) and hand in when you stop, with credits and XP for everything you handled.
NewRanks now unlock things, such as New Year's Eve, longer and endless shifts, the special shifts, extra vehicles, the hospital and more stations. Your profile shows what each rank gives you.
NewDownload the replay of a shift as a video, sped up at 4×, 8× or 16× (Pro).
NewThree new achievements: Stronger together, Marathon shift and Special shift.
VerbeterdIncidents in the simulation close by themselves as soon as the work is done. If a patient needs to go to hospital, the incident stays open until the handover. You can still close one early.
VerbeterdAn emergency alert now always shows what it did: which incidents it was sent for, or that none needed one and it costs points.
VerbeterdThe simulation on your phone: a notification for every new incident, a dot on the Incidents tab, tables and columns that fit, and a more compact top bar.
VerbeterdIcons instead of emoji in the simulation, including for sound, the pause button and the achievements.
VerbeterdSign in with Apple was announced as coming soon and has been removed; you can sign in with Discord, Google or email.

NewWatch your shift back: every finished shift in the simulation has a replay on the map. Play it at 1×, 4× or 16×, jump to any incident via the timeline and see exactly what happened. The button is in the end report, under Recent shifts and on your profile.
NewDaily challenge: a new task every day, the same for everyone, such as serving five P1 incidents within target time or taking three patients to hospital. Every shift that day counts, and completing it earns extra credits.
NewEleven achievements to earn, from Top grade and Flawless to Lightning fast and Survived New Year's Eve. Each achievement pays out credits once and stays visible on your profile.
NewMy profile in the simulation: your rank, shifts played, average and best score, incidents handled, days in a row, your grades, your achievements and all your shifts with replays.
NewWeekly leaderboard: next to the daily leaderboard you now see which community earned the most XP this week. With Pro you also see the players of the week within your own community.
NewYour community's own incidents (Pro): under Settings → Simulation you write incidents from your own world, with what the caller says, the right priority and which units are needed. They appear between the regular incidents in your members' free shifts.
NewNew to the simulation? A short tour helps you through your first incident: opening it, choosing a priority, sending a unit and closing it. It's on in the trial shift and your first shift, and can always be skipped.
NewYou can now also give feedback in the simulation, at the top of the page and during a shift.
VerbeterdVehicles in the simulation follow one-way streets and keep right on the motorway, and motorways show their number (such as A27) in the position. Already have your own region? Click Update road network in the overview; your stations and vehicles stay put.
VerbeterdIf signing in fails, you now see why that might be: your email address isn't confirmed yet, or your account was created with Google and so has no password. You can have the confirmation email sent again right away.
ResolvedThe switch for news by email on My account slid over its edge and didn't show that it was saving.

NewThe Simulation: play dispatcher yourself, even on your own. Incidents come in by themselves and you send units across the real map, with real roads, driving times and one-way streets. Play at sim.snowdispatch.online or via Simulation in the menu.
NewBuild your own region: choose your home town, anywhere in the world, and place police stations, fire stations and ambulance posts on the map. With the credits you earn you buy extra vehicles, from patrol cars and dog units to aerial platforms and air ambulances.
NewBuild a hospital in the simulation: ambulances then take patients there themselves and you earn extra credits and XP per patient. Without a hospital you can still finish incidents, but you miss that bonus.
NewDaily shift: everyone gets the same ten minutes in Utrecht. Your first attempt counts for the community leaderboard, and with Pro there's also a leaderboard within your own community. With XP you climb from Trainee dispatcher to Incident commander.
NewOver ninety different incidents, from a neighbour dispute to a hostage situation, with talk requests, panic buttons, duplicate calls, escalations, triage, hazardous substances and emergency alerts. Small incidents come more often than big ones and you only get incidents your fleet can handle.
NewPlay the simulation for five minutes without an account: the trial shift is at sim.snowdispatch.online and can also be reached from the demo.
NewDemo dispatch centre at demo.snowdispatch.online, no account needed. With realistic calls, units and registers, in Dutch and English, and just as complete as the real dispatch centre. Everything you do there stays in your own browser.
NewMy account (in the user menu): your details and a switch for news by email. We only email if you choose to, and you can always unsubscribe with one click at the bottom of every email.
VerbeterdIn the simulation you set up your own layout: drag the dividers between incidents, incident card, units and map until it fits. Your browser remembers it.
VerbeterdYou can only send a unit after choosing a priority, and only P1 drives with lights and sirens. P2 and P3 therefore arrive later.
VerbeterdIf something is missing at an incident, the unit on scene reports it with a talk request, for example "requesting ambulance". Units stay until the whole incident is done and then leave together.
VerbeterdYour account can only be used after you've confirmed your email address. Until then you see a page where you can have the confirmation email sent again. Guests with a guest link keep access to their dispatch centre.
VerbeterdThe privacy policy has been updated: it now explains how we handle your news preference.
ResolvedOn a phone the page zoomed in as soon as you tapped a text field, for example when signing in. That no longer happens.
